Welcome to XLTool.in. We sell digital utility tools (downloadable software, Excel/XML converters, calculators and similar digital products). Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Scope & Acceptance

By purchasing any digital product from XLTool.in you agree to the terms set out in this policy. Our products are non-tangible digital goods delivered instantly or near-instantly after payment confirmation. Because digital goods cannot be “returned” in a traditional sense once delivered, cancellations and refunds are handled under the rules below.

2. Nature of Our Digital Products

All items sold on XLTool.in are digital downloads or online access to software/tools. After successful payment you will receive immediate access to the product file or a license/activation link. For this reason, once the digital product is delivered and accessed, it is considered consumed and non-refundable in most cases.

  • Check product descriptions, screenshots, requirements and demo (if available) before purchase.
  • Ensure your device and software environment meet the stated system requirements.

3. Cancellation Policy

Because delivery is immediate, orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered or download/access has been granted. A cancellation request will only be considered in limited situations, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate payment (accidental double charge).
  • Payment attempt that did not complete due to a technical/payment gateway error and download/access was not granted.
  • Clear clerical error by XLTool.in (for example incorrect product uploaded to your account).

4. Refund Policy β€” General Rule

Our general policy is no refunds for successfully delivered digital products. Once a product has been downloaded, activated, or accessed, refunds are not provided because the product cannot be returned.

5. Exceptions β€” When a Refund May Be Considered

Although refunds are not the norm, we will review refund requests for the following limited cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge after verification.
  2. Failed or Incomplete Delivery: If you completed payment but did not receive download access due to a technical error on our side, we will either provide working access or issue a refund.
  3. Corrupted or Unusable File: If the file you received is corrupted and cannot be used after our support attempts to resolve the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund.
  4. Unauthorized Transaction: If you did not authorize the purchase, notify your bank and contact us immediately β€” we will cooperate with investigations and refund where appropriate.

Each exception requires evidence and verification. Refunds are issued at XLTool.in’s discretion after investigation.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue and any supporting screenshots or documents

We aim to acknowledge all requests within 2–3 working days and will keep you informed during the review. Resolution times depend on the payment provider and complexity of the case.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you open a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we will defend the transaction by providing evidence of delivery and any correspondence. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account restrictions or collection actions where permitted by law. Please contact us first β€” we prefer to resolve disputes directly.

8. Support & Troubleshooting
