Because no physical goods are shipped, traditional shipping timelines, courier tracking, or physical delivery details do not apply. Instead, delivery takes place through a secure digital process described below.

2. Digital Shipping & Delivery Process

Our delivery process begins the moment your payment is confirmed. Depending on the product, one or more of the following digital delivery methods will be used:

• Direct Download Link: After completing payment, you’ll be redirected to a secure page containing your download link or activation key.
• Email Delivery: A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with your purchase details, license information, and download link.
• User Dashboard Access: Registered users can access purchased products anytime through their XLTool.in account dashboard.

Delivery is typically instant. However, in rare cases (for example, high traffic or payment gateway delay), it may take up to 15–30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

3. Delivery Failure or Delay

If you do not receive your product link or email within 8 hour of successful payment:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Ensure that the email ID entered during checkout was correct.
• Contact our support team at support@xltool.in with your order ID or payment receipt.

We’ll promptly verify your transaction and manually resend the product link or activation details. In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver the digital product due to a technical issue, you may request a full refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Product Access & Download Validity

Most products on XLTool.in are provided with lifetime access to download links or account access, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page. Some specialized tools may have time-based access (for example, subscription or limited validity), which will be clearly stated before purchase.

We recommend storing a backup copy of your downloaded product for future use. XLTool.in is not responsible for product loss after successful delivery if the file is deleted, misplaced, or inaccessible on your device.

5. Exchange Policy

Since all our products are digital and non-returnable, we do not offer traditional exchanges or replacements like physical products. However, we understand that customers may face certain issues — and we are committed to resolving them fairly.

a. Exchange Not Applicable

Once a product has been downloaded or activated, it cannot be exchanged for another item or refunded for a different version. Please ensure that you review product details, compatibility, and requirements before purchasing.

b. Product Replacement (in Case of Errors)

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect file, a corrupted download, or a non-functional version of the product, our team will verify the issue and provide a fresh, working copy at no additional cost. This process is called a product replacement and serves as a digital equivalent to an exchange.

• Product name and issue details
• Screenshot or error message (if available)

Our team typically responds within 1–2 working days.

6. Product Version Upgrades

When we release updated versions of our tools, existing customers may be eligible for free or discounted upgrades depending on the product type and license purchased. Upgrade availability is not considered an exchange but rather an enhancement to your existing product license.

7. International Delivery

As our products are digital, we deliver worldwide with no shipping fees. All prices displayed on XLTool.in are in Indian Rupees (INR), and payments can be made using international credit/debit cards, UPI, or other supported methods. Delivery is instant regardless of your location.
